Processing Time

  • Orders within Germany are usually processed within 24 hours of payment receipt.
  • Orders within other EU countries are usually processed within 2 business days.

During special promotions or peak periods, there may occasionally be delays.

  • European Union: approx. 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping service provider

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Requirements:

  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number is available.

Non-returnable Products

For hygiene and health reasons, the following products are excluded from return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged by improper use
  • Products from special promotions or clearance sales

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will promptly arrange a suitable solution.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used.

  • The customer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • In the case of faulty or damaged deliveries, Bivalta will cover the return shipping costs.
